We specialize in Hybrid 35mm Film/Digital coverage, with Medium format film and all digital packages available. All Wedding packages include a full day (up to 10 hours) of coverage, with two photographers.

A little bit about me
Hey, I'm Ian.
I've been taking photos for about ten years now. I live life with a camera in my hand; when I'm not capturing wedding days, engagements, proposals, and everything in-between, you can probably find me wandering around the streets of Hollywood, doing my best to document the world the way I see it. I believe real life is a million times more interesting and beautiful than anything I could ever come up with. I'm here to capture the real emotion of your big day; the melancholy, the nervousness, the unbridled joy; all of it. I don't want to give you beautiful wedding photos, I want to give you beautiful photos of your wedding.
On the rare occasion I'm not pointing my lens at something/someone or developing and scanning film, I love to play/watch soccer. I played all the way through college, and am a lifelong Manchester United supporter.
Born and raised in San Diego, I now live in Los Angeles with my other half, Annie.
FAQ
Do you travel?
We love to travel, and would love to capture your special day regardless of where it may be. Weddings/ Sessions outside of Los Angeles County may incurr additional travel fees.
You always shoot film?
Just about! I primarily prefer to work with film, and all of my packages include 35mm film. I like to shoot with a variety of film cameras, but my two favorites are my Leica M4 and Nikon F100. My second shooter, Josh, likes to use the Olympus OM-3. We shoot entirely on Kodak film.
Do you work with a second shooter?
Yes! I almost always operate with a second shooter. I will always be your main photographer, and I primarily work with my good friend and talented street/ documentary photographer Josh as my second. When Josh isn't available, I will bring in a another talented photographer from my roster that has the same eye for candid/reportage style work as we do.
